Delivery Options:
USA, APO and FPO Addresses (via USPS): Standard (free) shipping within the US provides First Class delivery of member cards and the NT Parking Permit in 2-3 weeks; and Media Mail delivery of current publications, including the annual NT Handbook in 4-5 weeks.
Fulfillment for addresses outside the continental USA (no additional shipping fee): Due to the prohibitive cost of mailing printed materials internationally, memberships requiring fulfillment outside the USA will receive member cards and the current National Trust Parking Permit in printed format via USPS International First Class mail (delivery within 2-3 weeks). All other materials will be available digitally: NT property information on the Trust’s website; and the NT Magazines and ROF Newsletters in the Members’ Area of the Royal Oak website.
Digital Copies of Member Cards: Digital copies of your member card(s) and the NT parking permit are accessible from your Royal Oak website account 24 hours after your time of purchase. If you have an issue, email Jan Lizza at jlizza@royal-oak.org. Please note the office is closed on the weekends.
Already in the UK? You may purchase a Royal Oak membership at the first National Trust property that you visit. You will be given a handbook for the sites, temporary membership documentation and a parking permit that provide free entry and parking during your travels. Upon your return home, Royal Oak will fulfill your membership by sending permanent cards and all other materials and publications. Please note that you will be asked to pay the NT membership fees, which are more than the Royal Oak membership fees. That’s why it is always better to purchase your Royal Oak membership before heading to the UK.
