Since it’s that new school year type of feeling, we’ve been in a healthy mood in the ROF offices, the perfect time to enjoy this original recipe, Christina’s Scottish Oat Cakes!
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups (8 oz) steel cut (pinhead) oatmeal (with a little extra for sprinkling on workspace)
- 1/2 tsp Kosher or sea salt
- 1 oz butter (or lard)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp hot water
