and Reactivated (lapsed) memberships which require shipment outside
the U.S. will incur a $10 surcharge. PLEASE NOTE - the surcharge
does NOT show up in the web shopping cart. It will be added when
your order is processed by our office.
- Membership
is NON REFUNDABLE.
- RUSH
HANDLING is
available on U.S. Address membership orders ONLY for an additional
$7.50 (rush orders process & deliver within 7 business days).
Rush Handling DOES NOT assume shipping via overnight or 2-day carrier.
Please call to arrange for overnight courier service shipping and
charges.
- To
order rush handling select the "rush"
option available on the membership pages.
- If you
are simply RENEWING acurrent Royal Oak membership, allow 2 weeks
to receive updated member cards.
- Rush
handling IS available for mixed orders (an order that combines membership
with books or other merchandise). Only one rush surcharge need be
applied to an entire mixed order. If an ordered merchandise item
is not in stock or available at the time you place a rush order
we will "split-ship", sending membership materials, along
with any available requested merchandise, as soon as possible; and
fulfill the balance of the order when possible unless otherwise
instructed. Rush

- Delivery
in 7 to 10 business days conditions permitting for in-stock items.
- NO
RETURNS. Royal Oak will make adjustments or replacements only for
defective merchandise if notified within 40 days of order placement.
- Current,
active Royal Members receive a 10% discount on most books and merchandise.
Your web store receipt will reflect the FULL PRICE of each item;
we will apply your discount when we charge your order.

- Shipping
of merchandise is limited to the US. Merchandise orders to Canada
have been suspended indefinitely.
- Price
of merchandise items includes shipping by a variety of carriers.
- To
insure proper delivery, please provide a STREET ADDRESS wherever
possible.
- Rush
handling is now available on many merchandise orders - please
call for pricing and details.
- Damaged
Products
Please refuse a damaged shipment upon original delivery attempt.
If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should
be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product
and the original box and packaging and notify us immediately to
arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products.
Timely receipt of this information is necessary for us to file a
damage claim.
